About Me

My name is Lotachi Izuchi and I'm a Healer. I am believer in "traditional" medicine, the medicine that our grandmothers and ancestors have been using for thousands of years. The medicine and traditions that has always nurtured our bodies and souls still have a valuable place in our lives today. Traditional healing practices with current technology and research, forms an incredibly powerful, beautiful and safe medicine.

I advocate using a holistic approach to promote health. As a therapist I practice Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy and Reiki. I specialize in women's health and I'm also a Doula, Childbirth Educator, Infant Massage Educator and  Midwifery student.

I graduated from the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy, in Watertown, MA, and I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Massachusetts. I am a Certified Pre- and Perinatal Massage Therapist, through Caro Osborne's Pre- and Perinatal Massage Therapy Certification. I trained with New Beginnings Doula Training, and the International Center for Traditional Childbearing as a birth and postpartum doula. I'm training with Childbirth International as a childbirth educator. I'm I am Reiki 2 attuned, and will soon be undergoing my Reiki Master attunement. I am currently enrolled in Sacred Transitions Midwifery Institute to become a traditional midwife.
